Due Process

 Question :  What does the term "due process" mean

Answer : Due process means that prior to the imposition of discipline, an employee        
                must be advised of the alleged offense, provided with an explanation of the   
                evidence sufficient to formulate a response, and given an opportunity to explain
                his or her action.
