Double click the button labeled Web-mail
Your username will probably be your last name. Check the state unit or local unit listing, just in case. Your username is your email address before the @seiu668ch4.org. Your default password is seiu668. Click log in.
If you haven’t used your web-mail account, or haven’t used it in a long time, you will get the next screen. Click perform system maintenance (this deletes old attachments so you still have enough space in your account).
Congratulations! You are now in your account. Please change your password immediately by clicking on my account. It will open up to password; click that and then change your password.
To start using your web-mail account, click on Mail and try different things; sending, reading, create address books, deleting mail (you must purge deleted mail otherwise the deleted mail will be retained in your mailbox).
